Any apps working to transfer music from separate computer to iPhone4

Hey all. I used to use sharepod or CopyTrans and past that I used to just drag music from iTunes and drop it on whatever iPhone/iPod I had plugged in.

Nothing is working with my iPhone 4 and iOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am going on vacation to Wisconsin in the morning!

P.S. Apps was meant as computer side applications and not as iPhone apps haha "🙂
