To be honest I can't think of any 'go to' blog or website I use and I deal with this on a daily basis. Doing the Mac OS 101 and 201 exams alongside the 70-640 Microsoft series helps, and some creative googling does the rest.

As an example today I have a MacBook Pro that is running CORD to access a Terminal Services Server. Up to yesterday you could copy/cut and paste text between an application running on the W2K8 TS to Word 2011 on the Mac. Today you can't

Googling gives me some information from CORD that states that transfer of text this way is sketchy at best.

Would be interested to hear anyone elses thoughts as I am probably missing out on some good resources out there.

Ars Technica has several forums that deal with IT-related issues at an expert level. Might be worth a try.
