Just wondering if I'm one of the only few here on MacRumours.

I'm curious about other Canadian mac geeks like me. Sorry for sounding like a jerk, but please only Canadians respond. :)

Your 1319th post and this is it?

Sorry if it's off-topic but it's tradition for these kind of threads. :)

I am from Vancouver B.C. But I have lived in the southwestern US for almost 2 years now.

Hehe I'd say I was Canadian. I have both citizenships but I live in Philly now. Oh and I'd like to add, Macs are so expensive over there and their tax hurts in a way. ;)

Canadian here. I live in a small city called Thorold, near Niagara Falls, Ontario. It's a 10 minute drive to the falls.

luv ya bunches! xoxo

Sometimes when I turn on the news and see the mess this country's in, I wish I was Canadian. Does that count?

And I better shut the hell up before this thread gets sent to the boxing ring....err...political forum :D

Wannabe - will be probably in 2007 - She lives in BC - popped the question last year - she said yes - now we have to set a date! I'll move up there in a heartbeat. For now, I'm in the Pacific Northwest.

Doh! Had I known it was a tradition, I would've waited until my 1337th post! :p

I am from Vancouver also, but have lived in Canada all my life.

I'm so glad the Canadian dollar is really strong. How's Philly treating you?

Hey! luv ya bunches! xoxo is my line!

I've visited Niagara Falls in 1992. Beautiful, er... water... Ate at a local German restaurant. So romantic with the sound of the falls in the background!
I raise you 2 xo's. luv ya bunches! xoxoxo

Canadian, in spirit?! I love you already! Yes, Canadians are known for their hospitality, friendliness and boring politicians.

Congratulations! Just watch out for BC drivers. They're crazy!

I'm Canadian, born and raised. I study in Australia though. Got my undergrad degree at McMaster/"Mac". Don't worry, Australia isn't as great as Canada is. ;)

Ooohh!!OOhhh!!! Pick me! I am Canadian...

But why do I have to live in Calgary, Alberta?

*stares at beautiful mountains*

:D

I love living here in Calgary. Really nce place once you forget about the traffic nightmare you dealt with when trying to get here.

:D

I live in New Brunswick, not Canada. Proud to be a Maritimer until the day I die, or die protecting the land I love.
Canada is a nice place to visit, but I don't know how anyone stands to live anywhere but the Maritimes or Newfoundland, I mean don't you people ever miss the ocean, or fish, or low crime rates, or low cost of living, or friendly people, or clean air, or fog, or rich history, or fun accents, or great music, or kitchen parties?

This thread makes me homesick.
I'm a Canadian, from Winnipeg, but I'm currently living in Southern Arizona. Once my business takes off and I can work from anywhere, I'll probably move back up North. I'd love to join Kwajo.com in the Maritimes, which I agree is a great place to live, but all my family has moved out west to Calgary and Vancouver so that's probably where I'll go too.
The US is a great country but Canada will always be my home.

We got west, we got east, and we got ex-pats... how about something from the middle?

Born and raised in Ottawa, currently attending university in Montreal. Love both cities - for different reasons - and I never want to live anywhere but Canada (but I'd happily live anywhere *in* Canada).

Cheers!
