This case from Proporta looks perfect. I prefer my iPad naked therefore I am planning to put a complete skin on it from BSE. But being paranoid about transporting it in my bag and the huge a** screen pushing against something and cracking I wanna get a hard sleeve for it. Are there any other cases like this? I would prefer leather with a hard body that would protect the screen too but from which the iPad can be removed while using.

Is there one like the Apple Case but more sturdy? I like the fact that it's also a stand.

I saw an incase leather case on apples site with lots of positive reviews saying it is a more protective version of the apple case, but it is also $60 which is pricey

That is a bit pricey but it's what I'm looking for. I'll wait and see what others come out.

    Black Leather iPad cases

I used the InCase Convertible Book Jacket for a few days. Nice over all but the iPad works it way out. I have to keep pushing it all the way in so the ports line up with the holes. With no strap or handle, it has to be carried like a book under your arm or in a daypack or messenger bag.

Today I'm testing the NewerTech iFolio. It doesn't have a way to prop up the iPad. It does have a carrying handle and optional shoulder strap. There's also some pockets for thin items like a credit card or business card or notepaper.

To me, the ultimate iPad messenger bag is the Tumi Flap Zip Cross Body in either Leather or ballistic nylon:

Where to buy Piel Frama iPad Case in USA

Anyone know where I can buy a Piel Frama iPad case in the US? I don't really want to buy form Spain. And the lots on Ebay looks like the seller just started an Ebay Account ... besides he's selling a lot of 25 at a time.

Here's an image of the case ... hit enlarge to see better from this ebay ad:
