Any chance t recover this WinXP Partition?!

Hi guys,

I've been hopelessly trying to recover this 20GB partition with TestDisk for a few days now, any insight is appreciated. My gut feeling tells me I am screwed, though.

I am on Macbook Pro 2011 Snow Leopard, here is the so far:




I also ran deep search and could not figure anything out from there either. How is it even seeing the partition if it cant recover ? I've tried some other software but it doesn't even show up on the scans from those.
