macOS Any command line experts in the house ?

I want to learn how to use the command line nothing fancy just simple stuff like tips and tricks on how to move files and folders from one place to another how to edit /etc/var/ type directories using nano. Any tips tricks suggestions or links to websites that tech how to use the command line would be appreciated.
