Any Cydia packages for skipping forward/backward in audio and video?

Are there any Cydia jailbreak tweaks to allow skipping forward/backward by ~30 seconds or both audio and video?

(A bonus would be to use gestures to swipe and then have it skip forward or backward, etc)

Audio and video have a built-in seeking bar.

Right, but it's difficult to skip exactly 30 seconds (or 3 minutes, etc). It would be nice to have a button or gesture I can press to skip over commercials in my TV shows or podcasts, etc.
