Any difference between cheap and branded tempered glass?

Hi, i m looking for a tempered glass for my iPad Pro 10.5 but i am little confused and surrounded by the amount of available models on the market
They all look same and got same specs
Do you know if there is any difference between a cheap generic ones (eBay/Aliexpress) and trusted brands like amfilm, Anker, Sparin etc...

I really dont think there is. If youll notice some of them have the same exact case but with a different brand or just sticker with their brand on it.

Yes there is. I had the same question myself a few years back (iPad Air 2, but still applicable today I think) and bought both to see. I used the cheap one for a few months then tore it off and switch to an Anker one bought through Amazon. Wish I took some photos back then.

The cheap ones I bought (from Aliexpress) had noticeably more glare and reflection. Also, the coating seems to wear off very quickly. So it became a fingerprint magnet after a few months.

You re quite right, i took the risk to order cheap ones from Ebay
It does included the least minimal, not even a dust adhesive tape
It doesnt feel as smooth as my anker premium tempered glass
Besides seller hided on purpose there is a notch and not a full rounded whole for Home button according to product's pictures
Do not ever buy on Ebay especially from UK resellers, they are such liars
Now i only trust into branded tempered sellers from Amazon
