It seems like every model has the new N1 WiFi chip, Bluetooth 6, dual-band GPS, and Qualcomm X80 modem except for the Air. Am I missing anything else? If so, that's pretty good value for the base model even if it comes with only 8GB of RAM.

Wireless connectivity looks to be identical.
Wired is a big difference of course… USB 3 for the Pros; USB 2 for the basic & Air.

Love my 17 Air.
I don't do anything demanding so it's perfect for me - lightweight and thinner profile along with the titanium casing makes it very durable.

Apple started installing their own modems in 2025. I do not get the same reliable cell connection I did on the Qualcomm modems in my area.
