I had the esim issue. Had to use my wife’s phone with the regular sim. Both on T-MobileI sincerely hope it is not an eSIM issue, though I’m afraid it is with T-Mobile since it was not “official” yet.

I know our local TMobile stores have always been really good at giving us a sim for Free, for sure worth a try. At the end of the day you have this issue because of TMobile and as a paying customer they should look to get you sorted. I just moved over to the eSim a week ago and see that its way buggy versus the physical Sim.Oh okay. I wonder if apple can just give me a Sim.

Did you keep your Sim in the phone? Maybe that's why. Mine does not work.3 iPhones XS Max’s with T-Mobile eSIM. All pre-approved yesterday through Apple app, no issues.

Tmobile gave me a credit to get sims. Next time I won't throw them out.
