I am getting so confused with this.
Right now I have an LG Neon and I've never had an iPhone but I plan on upgrading to the iPhone 4G so I dialed *639# and I got this (I have an overdue bill btw): "Due to past due balance, and other reasons, an upgrade is not available. Payment will make full retail pricing available for all headsets except iPhone. After payment, we can offer you an early iPhone upgrade with a new 2-yr commitment and an $18 upgrade fee at a participating iPhone sales location. Additional discounts for all other headsets may be available on 12/27/2010." Now this sounds like after I pay my overdue bill, I can upgrade to an iPhone now for the discounted price but for any other phone I have to wait until 12/27.
On the other hand, if I go online and check my upgrade options for iPhone I get this: "You currently have a past due balance. Payment of the past due balance will qualify you to upgrade today at a higher price than what we can offer you on the date listed below with a new 2-year commitment and an $18 upgrade fee. Use Online Account Manager to check and pay your balance now. You may qualify for a full discount on a standard iPhone upgrade on 12/27/2010." This is saying that I can't get the discounted price until 12/27.
Which one is right?
