iOS Any experience with Chilkat Lib

wonder if anyone here use the chilkat libraries ? I tried on the weekend with SSH/Key generation and tunnels and had quite good success.

But wonder if any long term experience is available here with respect to stability of code and how is the (conceptual) portability to other platforms like Android or Windows (understand that syntax is different).

Yup. I've used a couple of the Chilkat components in a pretty popular app. I'd consider it properly battle tested.
The main libraries are in C with wrappers for each platform. As it's the same code running on each platform it's all highly portable. The syntax can be a bit odd at times but other than that I've no complaints.
They are easy to communicate with should you need to as well.
