any external batteries for macbook retina?

I'm looking for an external battery to charge macbook retina on the go but I could only find hyperjuice. It's too big though. Is it possible to use external battery chargers from ANKER like the 3E to charge a laptop ? Just looking for something more portable.

Look into the energizer brand, you would need apples car adapter though
