Any flush mount express card usb adapters?

I have the flush mount Sonnet 2 in 1 Card Reader ATM but would like to add some USB ports but the card has to be flush mount. Do they make any yet?

Seems impossible to make a good one to me. A USB socket is thicker than an ExpressCard. It would have to be kinda shoddy.
