I used to use ipodrip in it's trial period because I've never needed it, but now there's a limit to the track it imports and I need to do some 1100+ (Bible audio book).

Thanks Bill for the link, but neither method outlined worked for me (terminal or showing hidden files). I'm in OS X so the only free app is out of the question.
Can I not direct my terminal to my iPod (or see it connected in Finder) because it's jailbrokeN?

could anyone help me troubleshoot the hidden folders/terminal way? I'm confused as to why I am unable to see my iPod while it's connected.
My brother pulled about 6000 songs from his ipod to his macbook pro, if he texts me back I'll tell you the program he used.
