So I know parallels isn't the best for running games but I wanted to know if it can do moderate or light gaming like GBA emulators or DS emulators?

given that that's highly CPU intensive, it's not a good idea, especially DS emulators.

I would imagine they would be ok. They're comparable to PC graphics from the mid 90s, so they should be fine. I would imagine even up to PSX/N64 emulators would run ok.

I don't think a 94 MHz ARM chip is THAT CPU intensive to emulate.

You would be surprised. One of my friends had an i5 laptop that couldn't emulate it at full speed for a pretty basic game for DS. GBA would probably be ok though.
