That's a tricky one too. Sometimes I'll refresh the page a few times seeing if there are any replies, then think the thread is dead, before I realize every has just moved on to a new page.

Boy, sure love Gary Larson's work, along with B. Kliban, Calvin & Hobbes, Bloom Country/Outland, and a few others.

I remember that while growing up, there was very few people who I could give a Far Side card to because the humor was a little too subtle for some folks. *whoosh* 🙂 But the few who understood generally enjoyed them or at least enjoyed the fact I was having fun. 😉

Well I suppose that explains it. . . I've never heard that phrase before. 😱

I fricken love the far side!!! That and Calvin and Hobbes were two of the best newspaper comics ever made IMO. My personal favorites are these: 😀

Truly brilliant stuff. Also two of my favorites.

The only people I place on Larson's level are the ACJ's political cartoonist and one of The New Yorker's cartoonists.
