Did you use the forum spy and tab all the threads you were interested in? That gets me every time.
Not this time (but I know what you're talking about!) I didn't notice another page was added, so I thought his question was the last post in the thread. Doh!

That's a tricky one too. Sometimes I'll refresh the page a few times seeing if there are any replies, then think the thread is dead, before I realize every has just moved on to a new page.
I've never seen that one. . . I love Farside but I have to say I don't get that comic. . . whats the big grey thing? At first I was thinking glacier, but that doesn't make much sense. . .

Boy, sure love Gary Larson's work, along with B. Kliban, Calvin & Hobbes, Bloom Country/Outland, and a few others.
I remember that while growing up, there was very few people who I could give a Far Side card to because the humor was a little too subtle for some folks. *whoosh* But the few who understood generally enjoyed them or at least enjoyed the fact I was having fun.

I fricken love the far side!!! That and Calvin and Hobbes were two of the best newspaper comics ever made IMO. My personal favorites are these:
Truly brilliant stuff. Also two of my favorites.
The only people I place on Larson's level are the ACJ's political cartoonist and one of The New Yorker's cartoonists.
