Any good camera app?

Any good camera app with more setting like exposure, and stuff? I know, I'm terrible for trying it on an iPad, but when I want a picture and don't have a camera, complaints won't help. So is there a good app? I don't want it to be too expensive.

Mostly POST photo taking apps...I'm not aware of one that will actually change the cameras settings, but Snapseed is a pretty good effects and editing App.
