Any good defrag apps?

Don't bother. OS X will do all it needs. Just let it run overnight. If you're having sluggish disc responses, check your HD capacity and load. You might be running out of room. Generally, 20% left is not good.

Sometimes just a reboot brings speed back up noticeably, especially if your uptime is high.

I read that ZFS was only going to be in Snow Leopard Server and it would likely be 10.7 before we get ZFS.
