Any good Facebook Pages app for Yosemite?

Hi I run a macbook pro/Yosemite and manage a medium sized Facebook Page.

Is there any dedicated mac app that would let me upload news bits, links, images, etc onto my fb page?

I have tweetbot for Twitter but not can't find any similar app for Facebook. Thanks in advance!
