Any good iPad apps that allow you to preview websites through iPhone view controllers?

im looking for an app that I can use on my iPad Pro to emulate different iPhone and iPad screen sizes of their browser window to test websites responsiveness. I've looked for ages now and was wondering if anyone out there has an app for this?

Don't think there's any such app. In fact Apple might not allow such apps to be approved. Why not just use Xcode?

Because I am not using that IDE, in fact this is for portable use. Its nearly a browser with a resizable window I am looking for. MAMP app does it does let me edit the URL because it wants me to use their local servers. I know its possible, because I have an app that does a basic iPhone size. I just want one that lets me do more than iPad and iPhone but several.

What I'm looking for but just without the inspector. Only need a responsive browser and looking more so at a free app; just spent 70 quid between Coda, Procreate, Pixelmator and Affinity Photo. Would you know if this app works with live preview on coda and if it is made for the 12.9" iPad screen res?
