Any Good Portable Alternatives To Apple Superdrive?

The reviews of Apple's $79.00 portable Superdrive are not very good. Can anyone suggest proven USB port connecting alternatives for reading and burning CD's DVD's? Thanks.

Just about any generic and cheap USB dvd drive will suffice. Take a look at LG and Sony if you want a named brand that is still cheaper then Apple's.

I've been using this one from Samsung, works great! 🙂 Added bonus with Blu-ray playback too. Just download a blu-ray player app.
