Hello. I know that Leopard comes with spell checker but even it is enabled, it does not detect some of the typos I made. I heard of cocoaspell but the last update was over a year ago. Are there any other good spell checking programs for the Mac? Thanks.

Are you talking about spellcheckers for browsers or word processors?

I’ve been using Spell Catcher from Mainmaker for many years. Can’t live without it. Interactive, auto correction and works on any software you choose, or everything. Also works in the finder. It also works as a dictionary and thesaurus with one click. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the replies. I was talking about spell checkers for word processors such as Words and latex.
