I'm waiting for it. The fact that Windows 8 alone won't be able to run properly on the current MBP 13 is a pretty big deal breaker.

excuse my lack of knowledge about this but, i am making the move to apple and sometimes i see others talking about running windows on macs etc. do apple not have there own Pages, numbers etc? are they not as good ? or why do we need to use windows, is it yet another software performance issue?

Hi i have been waiting patiently for the 13inch rmbp. I tink 15 inch to me is a little bit bulky and heavy so 13 inch would b just fine...so anyone is waiting for the 13 inch

Yes many people here waiting for it, but if it does not come out i will recommend an 13 air instead of the 13 mbp, i also hate the fact that 15 'inch retina is too big for me, i usually take my laptop with me every day.

One reason for me Personally, I have been a quicken user for 15 years and there is no substitute for Mac. Quicken for Mac 2007 is old and horrid and afaik doesn't import data for the windows version. Quicken Essentials for Mac is such a joke, it's not even Quicken.

Well, Pages Numbers and Keynote are pretty... lacking compared to their Office counterparts. They're great if you're a home user, but things like formatting have a nasty habit of changing if you collaborate with other users in any manner. And I don't believe you can track changes at all.

Then there's games. Most of the best games are never released for OS X.

Seems like a topic for a separate thread?
