Any hope for iPhone 4 (Baseband 04.11.08 ) unlock?

Hello,

I'm thinking about buying a used iPhone 4 in a couple of weeks but I'm not quite sure. Well the thing is, I in the US only temporarily and so in about 5 months I'll be going back to my home country (which is germany) and I'd like to use my iPhone there, too. So what do you think about the unlock for the iPhone 4 with the newest baseband? Do you think it will be possible to unlock it, and if yes, does anyone have any idea how long it'll take (maybe based on past unlock releases)?

I know that this question might seem a little weird and I do know that no one can predict when it'll come out, but I'm just looking for some basic information. (The price difference between the iPhone here and in germany is pretty big, so that's pretty much the reason I'm thinking about it)

I wouldnt sit there and hope and wait for an unlock.
It doesnt look good for the i4 at the moment.
Buy a factory unlocked one, its still cheaper here in the US than in Germany.

"Basically" there is no information on a baseband 4.11.08 unlock. There probably won't be one.
