Any idea of how I can get to scroll like this?

In Lion, you only have 2 choices in scrolling when it comes to up, down, left and right. What I want is for swiping left and right to be like an ipad but going up and down like it used to be on snow leopard. When I scroll down a page, I want to pull down on the trackpad, like a camera. I've had Lion for a week already and I'm so frustrated with this. Are there any applications out there that will give me more control of the trackpad settings? Thanks for all your help.
