My jailbreak got all screwed up and I had to do a iCloud wipe. Which means I had to use a new /var/lib/dpkg/status file. All I had was one from a jail broken iPad mini 2 9.3.3. This allowed me to install tar.deb, dpkg.deb and cydia.deb. This got Cydia working and all my tweaks working too, but Cydia looks screwy.
Perhaps a clean /var/lib/dpkg/ folder from a iPhone 7 plus 10.1.1 would fix this. I think the iPad folder messed it up. Thanks.
