Any iPhone App which automatically sync outlook calender with iPhone

Hi,

I have been able to sync my outlook calender with my iPhone calender through iTunes, but I have to do it manually. Do we have any app which sync the calender automatically once I connect to the laptop?

If you have a mobile me account this will automatically sync in both directions, outlook calanders & contacts.

Check out google. You can automatically sync your outlook calendars to gCal. Than you set up google exchange account on your iPhone, and calendars / contacts / gmail and it'll all sync over the air automatically. And it's all free. No need for mobile me.

I use Google sync for both calendar and contacts - works beautifully. I can make changes either on the iPhone or on the computer, and they sync almost immediately.
