I am in Carmel about 20 minutes north of Indy.

No "Out for delivery" notice yet. It'll probably update after it is delivered.

I live in Carmel too. Usually, FedEx is slow to update their page. For example, mine didn't show as departing the Indy hub until about 45 minutes ago, even though it was recorded as happening at like 4:45am.

Just be patient. It's coming today.

I just called FedEx at 1-800-455-4588 and the rep told me that it was on the van right now out for delivery by 4:30 PM today.

We live fairly close and all my deliveries are around 4 so i'm pretty stoked lol

The FedEx guy was laughing ... said he had a TON of these things to deliver today...

From another thread, it seems like the tracking number page is about 1 day or so behind. You'll likely get your phone delivered before the tracking site is actually updated.

Starting to agree. The average ETA from Indy to Merrillville (where I live) is about 2 hours. According to FedEx my order departed at 4:17 A.M. It is now almost 10:30 A.M. and no update has been made.

Their really not good with this whole updating thing.

I live in Indianapolis too, but I didn't get to preorder our phones, so I'm trying to figure out the smartest place to go camp out in the morning. Any ideas?

Just got mine in Broad Ripple... FedEx website still says "Departed FedEx location"... but they did add a nice little banner "IMPORTANT! Package deliveries are proceeding as normal; however tracking updates are temporarily being delayed. Please try back later."

Got mine around 1:00pm. 1 down, 1 to go. Who would have thunk the AT&T-ordered phone would have beat the Apple-ordered phone.
