Caveat on cellular, only if buying unlocked full price from Apple or authorized sellers. Carrier-branded, it could vary based on carrier policy or regional laws.all iPad models are the same. whether Wi-Fi or cellular. There should be no issues. When buying a cellular model it comes unlocked with an esim which is not tied to any carrier. Simply log in to your current carriers account and you should be all set. When abroad make sure your carrier has international plan.
