Any issue with nMP running hotter (higher fan speed) for a period of time?

This issue came up under another thread but since it is a more general issue, I'll bring it up separately here. Under bootcamp, running Crossfire (both GPU's at the same time) with some load, the Mac Pro fan speed goes up and the Mac Pro runs hotter. Is there any issue running like this for a period of time? I can imagine the same thing happens if you run something like Final Cut Pro with both GPU's being utilized. I just received my nMP last week so I am unfamiliar with it's behavior.

I played for a few minutes until it got hot and then took a snapshot. It may get hotter if I play longer.

Thanks! Puts my mind at ease a bit. I wouldn't usually notice a fan or heat of a computer but the new Mac Pro is so small, it just sits on my desk next to me so I sometimes put my hand on top to feel the fan output.

My ex Mac mini i7 Quad 2.3 Late 2012 was seriously loud and warm every time I have to do video conversion which utilizes all CPU threads. CPU temps were sometimes 90C+ and then Mac mini was unbearably loud (1m from my ears).
