Any keyboards with a split layout & dedicated number row?

Are there any keyboards yet that support a split layout like the one you can use on the iPad by pulling the standard keyboard apart?

Also are there any keyboards that feature a dedicated row of numbers?

Even better are there any keyboards that have both features?

I think these features would be especially great in landscape on the 6+.
