iPod touch Any kind souls please! Thanks!

I need to backup the songs in my ipod touch, i have already googled and found some softwares like xilisoft's ipod rip..and other freewares.
Unfortunately nothing seems to detect my ipod touch besides xilisoft, though it can be detected it didn't show any music file.
Can anyone kindly recommend something good and easy to use, preferably free for my ipod touch. Thanks in Advance! 😀

PodWorks sees mine. Just the songs now. No movies, etc.

I just used senuti for my 5th gen and it saw all of my videos etc.
I don't know why it wouldn't work for the touch.

Thsis works with iPhone/Touch and iPods. This is what I use on my computers. It has a compare feature so that only songs not already on your computer will only be transfered. It can also copy over playlists.
