Apps Any live tv app that doesn't require cable connection?

Aren’t all of those paid streaming services? I’m not sure thats what the OP is looking for, but I could be wrong
Not for live broadcasts.
Any type of transmission that is not OTA falls under the re-transmission guidelines. Meaning rights will have to be negotiated with the local network that has broadcasting rights.
There are apps live CW and CW seed which do not require a PayTV login. But those have On demand content.
Your best bet is to purchase the Channels App, a Silicondust OTA tuner and an HD antenna to suit your location.
You will then have access to free live broadcasts.
