Any Mac alternatives to Poppeeper?

Just move to a macbook and left behind my favorite windows app (www.poppeeper.com). It sits in the tray and checks my multiple hotmail/yahoo/google accounts every 15 minutes. Can do all of my basic email functions within it.
I've looked but can't find an alternative for the Mac. Also, I haven't been able to set up more than one yahoo account using Mail.
Any suggestions?

that widget will track your email messages. As for getting it into apple mail-you must pay for it to work-

That looks perfect but a visit to their site states it is not compatible with Leopard.
