Any mac clipboard apps do paste multiple times with hotkeys?

I would like to do for instance, press CMD and CTRL and then any # from 1- 9 to paste the 1st 2nd or 9th item in my clipboard, ideally I could set one or multiple modifiers. I looked at a bunch but didn't find any that do so.

I can't find many clipboard managers that DON'T have the ability to set keyboard shortcuts to paste items.
