Getting pretty serious about losing some weight this year. Started tracking all food in with my fitness pal. It is integrated with my watch, and counts all my daily steps, and runs against calories I eat. Most of my workouts are strength, and cycling though. I use the outdoor cycle, and other workouts to track my calories burned. For whatever reason they will not show up, only my steps are counted. Has anyone had success inter grating exercise besides running? Do I need to track the workout in strava then export it?
