Any need for QuickTime Pro if I have FCE4?

So I'm getting into some video editing. I just got FCE 4. I have the Apple MPEG-2 codec.

Is there any reason to buy QuickTime Pro? What additional will it give me, if anything?

I'd say it's worth it (very cheap) I use it for quick little videos (less than 2 minutes) using built in iSight. I find it ideal to send video messages to family via e-mail.

FCE or FCP don't need Quicktime Pro to function.
It's up to you whether you need it.
FCP (FC Studio 1) came with a QTP key.
I'd say you could spend the money better elsewhere.
