Any need to run redsn0w 0.9.10.b3 over b2?

Hey all, I used rsb2 to untether my 3GS, and the next day b3 came out. Is there any need to run it (without installing Cydia) over b2? I'm confused by the update on Dev Team's blog.

run B3 do not select the install Cydia option. it's already is. it's ok if you do but it's like starting over with Cydia anything downloaded most likely will be wiped out.

Cool. So not installing Cydia will leave my current Cydia apps intact?
Also, I have a MobileSubstrate update in Cydia. Should I just install that instead?

Just select the option not to install cydia it will run right over beta 2.
