Any news on full price unlocked 5S?

What I want to know is if those T-Mobile unlocked iPhones are the ones that are world unlocked. In other words, the A1533 model.

From what I read it is. However, Apple mentions the A1533 model as not having a SIM inserted, where as the T-Mo model does. Confusing in a sense.

Which is what confuses me even more.

the unlocked 5 was available in two ways: one with a t-mobile sim and one without any sim. same phone, though. 5s should be the same.

One model for the three carriers ATT, TMobile and Verizon
sprint has a separate model

All Verizon iPhones will be sold unlocked. Even the ones sold with a contract are already unlocked. It's just not advertised as such.
