any news on this ram size?
No, never. We have to wait for benchmarks. Then everyone will argue about said benchmarks until iFixit flies to Australia and does a tear down on launch day.
2GB for both but we could get lucky and see 3GB in the plus but I doubt it.
2gb for both IP7's
Nothing official, but all the rumors I've heard state 2GB for the iPhone 7 and 3GB for the iPhone 7+.
Lol is like a process every year?
Remind me, what's in the 6s+ ?
Every year it's just like that.
Correct. Everyone telling you "2GB" is speculating. They may be right, but they don't know.
https://browser.primatelabs.com/v4/cpu/213223 this benchmark says "3gb" but maybe it s just the plus model.
I'm by no means a reliable source, but I've heard rumblings that the plus is 3GB or RAM and the 4.7 inch is 2GB. Don't get you're hopes up though in case its not true!
Wow, I thought it was well known that it is 2gigs for the 7, and 3 gigs for the 7Plus
Widely speculated, yes.
True, most likely.
If by "well known" you mean "widely speculated".
The 9.7" iPad Pro had 4gb RAM in a similar way....until it didn't.

Let the squabbling informed, unbiased, and deferential discussion commence.
With the latest geekbench scores, I'm almost certain the 7 Plus will have 3GB of RAM; the scores seem authentic. It'd make sense too, with the dual cameras, it's probably likely that image processing on the new phone requires more memory.
