Any noise from new 15" MBP?

For lucky 15" i5/i7 owners: how silent are they?
Does the fan come on at all? If so, after how much load?
Any other noises? Hard drive?

For anyone who chimes in, would be most helpful if you mention the rpm and size of your HDD and also the manufacturer of it by going into System Info.
