Any non-bluetooth ergonomic keyboard and mouse?

Since bluetooth ones can have disconnecting issues, what would be either corded or wireless (but not bluetooth) keyboard and mouse?

Since USB wireless isn't bluetooth, it wouldn't have disconnecting issues right?

I've been having bluetooth issues on High Sierra (right now I'm on Mojave, which doesn't seem to have as much issues but has another issue of not waking up right away from sleep, which I hear is a common problem)

i believe the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard uses a USB dongle, and they sell several other wired ergo keyboards.
