Any one else have to re-order and can't check status?

    I have had all kinds of problems with my order and I can't check my order online at all. I ordered the phone Saturday at noon est after they canceled my original order that was placed at 430 am on the site. I was told that it will ship on the 14'th and I won't be able to see it online anywhere until it actually ships. Also they told me 10-14 days what B.S. is anyone else in the same boat?

    Exactly. The reps can see my order but I can't I have had one heck of a day with this. I can't even cancel the order I can't see how awful is that. No rep has given me a scenario to see my order online.
