The iPhone 6s has really bad Bluetooth issues as it is, I mean in my pocket the slightest brush of the top antenna and it causes the sound to cut out for a second. If I move my head side to side while outside or if it's windy it will do the same thing and so jogging with the iPhone 6s is a no no. I sent the iPhone back twice, got replacements and so ive had three different ones and they all have the same problem. The really easy way to recreate the issue is just putting your hand over the top antenna, I'm not doing that in daily use, but it explains my issue. The weird thing is when I'm indoors it's much better, but when I'm out up the fields it's just bad.

So I got these new AirPods as they have some new chip inside according to Apple and I thought maybe they'd fix the issues with two of their own devices working together... no they're worse.

If I get a phone call they constantly disconnect and it becomes a real big hassle to get them to reconnect. Sometimes they just won't reconnect and I have to wait till I get home to put them in their charging case as they won't pair without it.

Sometimes they'll just disconnect randomly, Beats wireless studio's would do that too, but they'd instantly reconnect, the AirPods do not. I've learnt not to use my iPhone while listening to them as that'll cause them to disconnect sometimes too. Also if I have other headphones paired and disconnect them, the sound doesn't automatically go to the AirPods, I have to then spend 10 mins messing around trying to get them to work.

A lot of the time as well I'll have weird audio glitches, it's like they're trying to sync together and one while just go louder than the other and then it'll return to normal.

Then I have problems like I'll never know what they're going to do, sometimes I'll take one out and put it back in and it won't continue to play. The sound will always stop when I take one out, but 4 out of 10 times it won't just play.

So I go to use Siri to play and all the time Siri doesn't do anything, or she'll play music instead of the podcast I was just listening to. The other day I asked Siri to play and then she said "calling" and it called some random number to which I was charged 30p for on my statement... so great.

When the AirPods work I like them, I think the bit sticking out of the bottom sucks as it means you cannot use them inside a helmet. However they do everything I want, the sound is pretty crap but it's acceptable for what they are, I can take that trade off for convenience.

However the problem is they're so buggy and unreliable that I do not want to use them any more.

Do they work perfectly with the iPhone 7 and it's just the iPhone 6s that sucks?

Also is there a hidden power button as not being able to turn them off sucks, especially since my right one makes a high pitched squeeling noise that I only notice when nothing is playing, I'm going to get a replacement if I can.

I've just walked through a wood with no signal and they barley work, giving me so many audio glitches and cutting out... why would that be just because there's no signal?

If they barley work isn't it more likely to be a field? Boom boom.

I have the same issue with my JBL Everest headphones and my Plantronics headset. Music plays fine, but calls drop from bluetooth headsets. It's been going on since sometime in the iOS 9 upgrade cycle and happened on both my iPhone 6 and now the 7. I don't think it has to do with the Airpods or the Apple Watch. I think it's a software glitch in the Bluetooth stack/iOS. Never got corrected. But now that the Airpods are experiencing the problem, maybe it will be fixed.

First 20 mins they were fine on my run, now I'm up in the fields with no possible interference and they are glitching out every 20 seconds.

They suck, no other Bluetooth headphones I have do this. The beats do maybe once or twice but these sucks.

Dunno why Apple release them tbh, gonna send them back.
