hello

am trying too install. iOS 13.4. but it saying. you. are no. longer connected. too the internet. but yet I am. and internet. is working. find has any one else. run in too this issue. with iPhone ?

I got the same error, I went into Settings > General> iPhone storage > find the update file and delete it. Restart your iPhone and try the update again, it re-downloaded the update and is now updating for me.

thanks. I did not. no you. can do that. re down loading the. update now. well see what happens.

I had the same issue on my 11 pro. I had to follow the steps below to re-download the upgrade.

  1. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
  2. Find the update in the list of apps.
  3. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
  4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.
