Any one using a KVM switch?

I am not too bothered about the video switching ability, so I am only concerned about how well the keyboard / mouse (USB) switching works. I guess what I am looking for is actually a USB switch. I would appreciate any recommendations that work well across OS X and Windows.

There is software that will allow this, for example checkout teleport app. There are others as well...
