Any other "premier" members get upgrade fee waived?

    I got mine waved this morning but the same thing happened last year and they ended up charging me on my bill so i had to call them. They gave me a bunch of crap saying how thats not in my "premier agreement" with my company and i had told them i dont care, the new contract i signed stated the fee was waved and they made me fax it to them to remove it. Im betting i will have to do the same thing again this year.

    I'm not too sure. I'm going to wait to see what my next bill says. I bought the phone at an Apple Store so I doubt the discount was applied. If they end up billing me for it, I'll give them a call and sort it out.

    yea definatly check your bill. I got my copy of the contract ready to fax over to them if they give me any trouble again. AT&T is such bastards :)
