Well, here are a few I found rather quickly:
Doubtful. (As in, "Yeah, riiiight.") Highly useful in a place called MacRumors.
Pitiful. (As in: "I'm sorry something bad happened to you," or "That's a really dumb post.")
Someone in the Political Forum brings up the subject of abortion.
