So I thought I was tricky during the pre-order process and put in a shipping address different from my billing address. Turns out, the system put my credit card address to incorrectly match my shipping address. I finally got through today to a CS rep who confirmed my billing information. I think I should get my phone at the appropriate address but I'm not sure. Anyone else try to do this? Another thing is my order status on the regular ATT site has duplicate orders. (I ordered from Premier) As you can see in the image, the bottom two orders are identical but one is canceled from the reprocessing today. Anyone one else observe this duplication? Also I wondering when my credit card will be charged..
